Don't Worry, Be Healthy

This Saturday is the International Day of Happiness, and never before has the need to keep fit and healthy at home been more required than during successive lockdowns.

This series has been created to help people maintain their personal fitness and wellbeing, as getting physical can reduce levels of anxiety and distress by more than a quarter. 

Before the first day of Spring, and the International Day of Happiness,we've been asking local athletes, sports stars, gym instructors and GB performance directors across the North West how to keep both body and mind fit and healthy on your own, with easy to follow hints to stay active.
