Miller and Carter is a steakhouse that works tirelessly to provide each guest that walks through its doors with the best experience possible, offering up a wide variety of different cuts of succulent prime reared meat, served alongside signature sides and sauces.

With a dedicated team working behind the scenes in partnership with hand-selected farmers and master butchers, Miller and Carter lives and follows its own personal ‘field to fork’ vision. The restaurant offers only the best quality steak cuts, all of which have been aged for a minimum of 30 days, both wet and dry aged, to lock in moisture and pack in flavour for that perfect bite. Each dish is served with golden onion loaf, lettuce wedge and sauce, including the restaurant's world famous beef dripping.
