RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Smoothradio.com apply to Spring Competition 2025 ("the Competition") which will run from 19th of April to 25th of April (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth North West.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Smoothradio.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 19th of April and close at 12:00 on 25th of April.
From correct answers, one winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Smooth North West radio team.
Eligibility:
Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

LOWRY
· Family ticket (2 x adults, 2 x children) to A Squash and A Squeeze at Lowry on Sat 16th August 2025 at 1:30pm.
· 2 course lunch at Lowry Kitchen from a set menu including one alcoholic or soft drink.
· Prize cannot be swapped for a different date/time, or used in conjunction with any other offer and do not hold any cash value.
· Subject to availability.
· Prize will be emailed over in e-ticket format.
WARBRECK GARDEN CENTRE
· £100 voucher to use instore or in the restaurant.
· Excludes sale items and gift vouchers.
· Voucher expires on the 30th of June 2025.
· Winner will be put in touch with Warbreck Garden Centre who will facilitate the prize directly with the winner.
M&S BANK ARENA
· One pair of tickets to see Beyond Monet, plus one pair of tickets to see Beyond Van Gogh.
· Dates to visit can be requested by the winner but must be within the date range of 15th of July – 29th of July. Dates requested are subject to availability.
· Prize is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
· Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
· The winners must claim their prize within 10 working days of the competition date. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
· The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
· The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
· Tickets will be sent over email in an e-ticket format.
PAW PATROL
· Up to 6 tickets to PAW Patrol Live! at AO Arena in Manchester scheduled for 20th July 2025. Winner can pick the performance of their choice (2pm or 5:15pm).
· The prize includes tickets only and does not cover travel, accommodations, or other expenses.
· The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
· Tickets will be sent over email in an e-ticket format.
Contact:
· We will contact you via text, phone and email from 12pm on 25th of April and into w/c 28th of April. If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited.
· The winner will have 24 hours to accept the prize via phone or email before entry is deemed void and another winner will be selected. The first winner will not get a consolation prize if the 24 hours has passed.
Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within 30 days.
