RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Smoothradio.com apply to Your Summer Sorted 2025 ("the Competition") which will run from 11th August 2025 to 17th August 2025 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth North West
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online here https://content.communicorpuk.com/competition-terms-and-conditions
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Smoothradio.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 11th August 2025 and close at 23:59 on 17th August 2025
From correct answers, (one) winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Smooth North West radio team.

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.

Family ticket to Blue Planet Aquarium plus meal (meal up to the value of £40)
Blue Planet Aquarium is operated by Deep Sea Leisure PLC (Company No SC135353) and is registered in Scotland at North Queensferry, Fife, KY11 1JR.
Blue Planet Aquarium Tickets available include Standard, Junior (up to 12 years), Concession (Senior Citizens over 65 and Students), Family Ticket (2 Standard + 2 Junior) and Groovy Grandparent Ticket (2 Senior Citizens over 65 & 2 Junior)
Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to alter any offers and promotions without notice.
Infant Junior’s under 90cm height are admitted free to Blue Planet Aquarium and therefore do not require an entry ticket.
Any visitor under the age of 16 years, must be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.
Blue Planet Aquarium Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and accordingly may not be sold or passed to any third party.
Blue Planet Aquarium Tickets are valid for one single visit on the day they have been purchased. E-tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for a one day visit .
Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to alter admission prices and opening times without notice.
Proof of entitlement for certain Ticket types may be required for entry (for example with a Concession Ticket for a Student a valid NUS Card should be produced. No other student card will be accepted.)
Visitors should be aware that there may be school groups in the attraction during a visit.
Some optional attractions at Blue Planet Aquarium are not included in the cost of an Entry Ticket and require an additional charge. Additionally some attractions have a height restriction or health and safety restriction.
Note: Should you wish to leave and then re-enter Blue Planet Aquarium on the day of your visit a hand stamp (available at Reception) is required for re-entry.
Visitors are reminded that for operational, technical, safety or any other reason any advertised exhibit, attraction or any of the facilities on site may be closed, removed, altered or otherwise unavailable at any time. Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to alter or cancel any show time of feeding time or any other presentation without notice.
Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to refuse admission, or to remove any visitor whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Blue Planet Aquarium staff. No refund will be given.
When attraction capacity is reached on busier days Blue Planet Aquarium reserves the right to control any queue or the flow of visitors into the attraction. Visitors are advised that in these circumstances this can result in delays at entry.
4 x tickets to see WWE at AO Arena on 26th August
The prize includes tickets only and does not cover travel, accommodations, or other expenses.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Tickets will be sent over email in an e-ticket format.
Treetop Nets experience for 4 at Zip World
Can be used at Zip World’s Windermere, Manchester or Betws-y-Coed site’s

Voucher must be used within 12 months from end of competition date
A £100 voucher bundle to spend at Affinity Lancashire in Fleetwood. Including:

Vouchers must be redeemed in the specified stores at Affinity Lancashire in Fleetwood. No cash alternative or voucher exchanges will be offered and the vouchers must be spent in accordance with the individual store’s t&cs. Store vouchers are subject to change.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.
Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.
