TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Smoothradio.com apply to Sunderland Empire Peaky Blinders ("the Competition") which will run from 16th October 2024 to 29th October 2024 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth North East.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Smoothradio.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 16th October 2024 and close at 23:59 on 29th October 2024.
From correct answers, (one) winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Smooth North East radio team.
Eligibility:
Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Overnight stay with breakfast at Holiday Inn, Sunderland city centre on Friday 1st November
Tickets and night stay are non-transferable against any other performance or night, and must be used on Friday 1 November only. Seats will be allocated in the Stalls and non-transferable to any other seats. Overnight stay and breakfast is for two people. 2 x selected house drinks and 1 x show programme are included in this promotion. No cash value alternative is available. Prize cannot be redeemed against any tickets already purchased.
Show tickets and voucher for drinks and programme will be emailed to winner. Night stay will be organized via Sunderland Empire.
Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.
Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

We will contact you via text, phone and email w.c 29th October 2024. If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited.
Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within 7 days.
