TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SMOOTH EAST MIDLANDS
RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Smoothradio.com apply to fenjal ("the Competition") which will run from 28th January 2025 to 10th February 2025 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth East Midlands.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Smoothradio.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 28th January 2025 and close at 23:59 on 10th February 2025.
From correct answers, (one) winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Smooth East Midlands radio team.
Eligibility:
Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

£150 will be sent by BACS transfer.
In order to set up the BACS transfer we will require the following details from you;
- photograph ID (passport or driving licence)
- a screenshot/photo of a banking statement or bank card clearly showing your name, sort code & acount number (all other details or transactions can be blanked out)
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.
Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within 28 days.
