RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Smoothradio.com apply to Festive Fridays Week 1 ("the Competition") which will run from 9th November 2024 to 15th November 2024 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth North West
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Smoothradio.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 9th November 2024 and close at 11:59am on 15th November 2024.
From correct answers, one winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Smooth North West radio team.
Eligibility:
Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

· The vouchers can be used at any Booths store.
· The voucher, on payment of the difference, can be used on purchases of a higher value.
· The voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
· There is no time limit by which the voucher has to be used.
· Booths and CCUK is under no liability should the voucher be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whilst in possession of the winner.
· To be valid when presented for exchange the voucher must be complete and show identical serial numbers on the left and right side.
· Voucher will be sent to you from CCUK after you have won.

Date’s of any prize are subject to availability.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.
Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.
Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within 7 days.
