RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Smoothradio.com apply to Festive Derby giveaway ("the Competition") which will run from 11/11/2024 to 24/11/2024 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Smooth East Midlands.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Smoothradio.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 11/11/2024 and close at 23:59 on 24/11/2024
From correct answers, (one) winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Smooth East Midlands radio team.
Eligibility:
Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

The prize consists of a family ticket for two adults and two children to see a performance of Cinderella at Derby Arena, Royal Way, Pride Park DE24 8JB. The winner can choose from the performances for Cinderella Fri 6- Tue 31 Dec strictly subject to ticket availability. The winner can choose from dates and times for Cathedral Ice Rink between Sat 30 Nov – Tue 31 Dec strictly subject to availability.
All aspects of the prize are non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize is not redeemable against tickets/food and drink already purchased. This competition is also subject to the event terms and conditions. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.
Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

We will contact you via text, phone and email week commencing 25th November 2024 If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited.
The winner will have 24 hours to accept the prize via phone or email before entry is deemed void and another winner will be selected. The first winner will not get a consolation prize if the 24 hours has passed.
Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within 14 days.
